Broxholme comprises a commercial range of buildings set in a 0.75-acre plot, accessed off a Green Lane located off Moor Lane which is situated to the north of the village of East Ayton and to the west of the coastal town of Scarborough. The property sits on the boundary of the North York Moors National Park but it within the jurisdiction of Scarborough Borough Council.
