It sits within the Forestry Commission Woodland to the north of Ebberston and is available on a 12-year lease with the site to be returned cleared at the end of the lease.

LOCATION
Ebberston is a popular rural village with modest range of services and amenities but does benefit from a public house, village hall and number of holiday accommodation. The village sits off the A170 which runs between Thirsk and Scarborough.
A wider range of services and amenities can be found in the nearby market town of Pickering including range of hoteliers, restaurants, shops, public houses, educational, recreational and leisure facilities. The town also benefits from train station providing access to the coast.
Further facilities are located within the town of Malton, approximately 18 miles south including health care facilities and train service running between York and Scarborough.
